All International orders must be pre-paid by cashier's check or bank-guaranteed draft.
 
SHIPPING
Our standard shipping is US Priority Mail which arrives in 2-4 business days. Overnight or other expedited delivery is available via UPS, FedEx or DHL (depending on region of delivery.) Please contact Customer Support Toll Free at 866.628.8667 for details.
 
Please note that shipping options and associated costs in the shopping cart are for U.S. destinations only. International orders are subject to DHL International shipping surcharges. The total shipping charge will be confirmed via email before your products ship.
 
For International orders, some countries may charge parcel, excise, VAT or other taxes to your delivery. We are not responsible for these additional charges and the same are the responsibility of the receiving party. You may want to check with your local parcel/mail authority to estimate these charges before placing your order.
 
FREE SHIPPING
All promotions that offer Free Shipping are for destinations in the Unites States only! All International destinations are subject to the appropriate shipping fees.
 
GUARANTEE, RETURNS & WARRANTIES
You may return any of our products for a complete refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To return a product, simply contact Customer Support Toll Free at 866.628.8667 and we will process your request.
 
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
 
Cancelled Orders are subject to a fee of up to 5% of the purchase price if the order has already been packaged for shipment.
 
Invisible Technologies, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser, that Innotek brand products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of one year from the date of the original retail purchase. This Limited Warranty excludes; accidental damage due to dog chews; lightning damage where and INNOTEK lightning protection component is not in use (in-ground pet fencing systems); or neglect, alteration and misuse. Invisible Technologies offers several product exchange options during the warranty period. If service is required, call 1-800-826-5527 to discuss the service plan that best serves your needs. Costs are dependent on the processing time and the desired shipping options. Please do not return this product to your retailer. After one year from date of original retail purchase, we will repair, replace or upgrade your product at a fixed rate based on the component. Invisible Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable or responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or caused by any defect, failure or malfunction of the product, whether a claim is based upon warranty, contract, negligence or otherwise.
