Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for online purchases. You may also purchase any of our products by pre-paying your order by sending us a check. Please contact Customer Support at 702.278.8577 for details. 
All International orders must be pre-paid by cashier's check or bank-guaranteed draft. 
Our standard shipping is US Priority Mail which arrives in 2-4 business days. Overnight or other expedited delivery is available via UPS, FedEx or Airborne Express, depending on region. Please contact Customer Support at 702.278.8577 for details.
Please note that shipping options and associated costs in the shopping cart are for U.S. destinations only. International orders are subject to DHL International shipping surcharges. The total shipping charge will be confirmed via email before your products ship. 
For International orders, some countries may charge parcel, excise, VAT or other taxes to your delivery. We are not responsible for these additional charges and the same are the responsibility of the receiving party. You may want to check with your local parcel/mail authority to estimate these charges before placing your order. 
Free Shipping
All promotions that offer Free Shipping are for destinations in the Continental Unites States only! Alaska and Hawaii, and all International destinations are subject to the appropriate shipping fees. 
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
Cancelled Orders are subject to a fee of up to 5% of the purchase price if the order has already been packaged for shipment.
